Among all the fittings in piping systems, elbows are used relatively frequently. Among them, seamless elbows are particularly favored due to their uniform wall thickness and coherent structure, making them suitable for high-pressure and complex operating conditions.
Among all pipe fittings in piping systems, elbows are used relatively frequently. Among them, seamless elbows are particularly favored due to their uniform wall thickness and coherent structure, making them suitable for high-pressure and complex operating conditions. Currently, the mainstream manufacturing processes include hot push forming and stamping forming. The hot push forming process utilizes specialized push-forming machines and expanding dies to induce plastic deformation of the tube blank material at high temperatures. This process boasts high production efficiency and relatively controllable production costs. In contrast, stamping forming is carried out using large hydraulic presses equipped with dies, making it ideal for mass-producing standard elbows with specific angles. In recent years, with advancements in CNC machining technology, indicators such as the smoothness of elbow inner walls and dimensional accuracy have been significantly improved.
