This process involves the coordinated application of liquid pressure and axial material feed, enabling the tube blank to take on a tee structure within the die. Currently, the industry is focusing on optimizing the wall thickness distribution in the transition zone to minimize stress concentration. In terms of materials, in addition to conventional 304 and 316 stainless steels, there has been an increasing number of applications for eccentric tees made from duplex stainless steels and nickel-based alloys in specific corrosive environments.
