Inner rubber layer: Made from a blend of polyurethane and butyl rubber as the primary raw materials, with special reinforcing agents added. The finished product has a black translucent color and features excellent wear resistance, high toughness, pressure resistance, and smoothness. It can withstand friction from concrete while simultaneously protecting the steel wires in the reinforcement layer from corrosion.
Reinforcement Layer: Made of a four-layer steel wire braid combined with copper-plated rubber, this hose is specially designed with steel wire weaving. It can withstand working pressures 3 to 4 times higher than those of conventional rubber hoses, offering both high-pressure resistance and excellent flexural performance.
Outer rubber layer: A styrene-butadiene/natural rubber composite with a black, smooth surface (covered with fabric), offering excellent abrasion resistance.
